Our History

During the day we’re lawyers based in Camden, London who go under the name of Osbornes Solicitors LLP. Because we practice in a few areas of law we decided to build a website dedicated to all things cycling.

Cycling plays a big part in our office with many of us cycling to work and for leisure. Based in London we have first-hand experience of the dangers cyclists’ face each time they get on their bike. Congested roads, super junctions, assertive (ahem) cab drivers and left turning lorries to name a few.

Our office is located near to the Camden Road (A503), which has been renamed by safety campaigners as ‘the death mile’, due to the frequency of collisions that occur.

Our firm was established back in 1973, which means that we have over 40 years of experience in helping people. Our cycle injury claims team is headed up by Stuart Kightley who has specialised in representing cyclists and their families after a collision for over 20 years. The legal directory, Chambers and Partners 2016, singled us for our ‘niche expertise in cycling related injury claims.’
